The 5th San Antonio High School All Star Game was played at Blossom Athletic Center. This years team featured the classes of 2012, 2013, and 2014. With the new recruiting rules we felt it was essential to get younger players in the game to give the college coaches a chance to strat that recruiting process. 2012 marked the first time since 1980 (John Gibbons/Macarthur HS/Mets), a high school player from San Antonio was selected in the first round of the Major League Amateur Draft (Tyler Gonzales/Madison HS/ Bluejays). The game was attended by approximately 50 college coaches and Major League Scouts. The seniors won 5-3.
